Changelog.

What I've shipped.

Dated, not versioned.

  1. Mark a customer as VIP. A small yellow star pins them to the top of every inbox filter. One click on their page or in a conversation. For when someone matters more than the inbox order says.

Open puts the longest-waiting thread on top. Newest-first is the wrong order when you're behind. Open now sorts by oldest-waiting, so the thread you've ignored longest is the next one you see.

Quote a specific message. Hover any message, click Quote, its body drops into the composer as a blockquote. Useful when a customer asks three questions in one email.

Search finds customers by name. Inbox search matches names too, not just email and subject. Case-insensitive across everything.

Inbox loads 50 at a time. Click Load more for the next batch. The page no longer dumps the whole history on load.

Notes look like notes. Indented, italic, no card chrome. A side comment on the thread, not a message that's gone yellow. Empty notes won't save.

Mailbox hardening. Mail to deleted accounts now bounces back to the sender (used to silently vanish). Inbound routing reads the real delivery address, not the visible To header — closes a small spoofing window.

  2. Drive your inbox from any AI. Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or OpenCode at /agents. Browser OAuth, open-source CLI on GitHub. Agent replies include a footer naming who wrote it, so customers always know.

Drafts arrive in your composer. Ask an agent to draft a reply instead of sending. The composer pre-fills, a banner above names who drafted, autosave keeps your work if you walk away.

  3. Delayed send for replies and letters. Every outbound now holds for 30 seconds before it goes out. 60 seconds for letters. Cancel, edit, resend if you spot something wrong. Not configurable. The pause IS the safety net.

Self-serve data export. Kick one off from Settings → Account. I pack everything into a zip and email it when it's ready. The HTML version reads on its own. No app required.

Spam and blocked, behind filters. Both have their own filters in the overflow menu. Release-from-spam and unblock are inline on the conversation page.

Better inbox skim. Today, yesterday, and this week now have date subheaders. Click a row and it slides into the conversation. Less jolt.

Unknown mail bounces. Used to vanish. Now it comes back to the sender.

Encrypted at rest. Inbound mail and backups are encrypted before they hit storage.

One Save button per Settings tab. Used to be several. Now there's one at the bottom.

  4. SuppyHQ is live. Beta signups open. Inbox plus Stripe and Polar integration, the widget, reply templates, snooze, auto-reply, follow-ups, broadcast letters.
