Effective April 14, 2026. By using SuppyHQ, you agree to this.

What you can't do

We close accounts permanently, with no refund and no appeal, for any of these:

• Spam. Unsolicited email, marketing blasts, or mail to people you don't have a real relationship with.
• Purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise non-consensual contact lists.
• Phishing, impersonation, or deception of any kind.
• Illegal content, malware, or anything that would get us into legal trouble.
• A pattern of spam complaints or high bounce rates. Your audience will tell us first.
• Harassment or threats. Against anyone, including SuppyHQ, your own customers, or third parties.
• Reselling SuppyHQ, reverse engineering it, or working around the limits we've set.
• Putting our payment processors (Stripe, Polar) or email infrastructure at fraud or reputation risk.

Closure is permanent. We may keep your data as long as required by law. Paid accounts closed for abuse receive no refund.

Service

SuppyHQ is provided as-is. We can't promise zero downtime or zero bugs.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email you before anything material changes.
