Cold pitches
Stop cold pitches in your support inbox.
Pitches go to Junk. The customer who paid you goes on top.
Put a support address on your site and the pitches start. An agency offers backlinks. Someone wants to guest post. A growth consultant has noticed your traffic. Each one is a real email from a real person, so a regular inbox delivers it next to your customers.
The cost isn't the minute you spend deleting it. It's the refund request under it that you open two days late.

How SuppyHQ sorts it
Junk. Cold pitches, SEO offers and "partnership" emails from strangers go to Junk before you see them. Only a stranger's first email is held back, and only when SuppyHQ is sure. When in doubt, the email stays in your inbox.
On top. A refund, an upset customer, or someone leaving or locked out goes on top, under Can't wait, and emails you right away. A customer whose payment is failing goes on top too when they write. Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's plan sits next to the email.
Lead. A real question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know yet gets a Lead badge. Junk is never a lead.
Everything else waits its turn, oldest first. SuppyHQ never replies for you.
What gets held back, and what never does
SuppyHQ only holds back a stranger's first email, and only when it's sure it's a pitch, a scam or a mass mailing. If the check is unsure or fails, the email lands in your inbox. Replies and people who've written before come straight in, unless someone forges their address.
Junk is one click away in the sidebar. Moving a thread out of Junk makes that sender a real contact again, so their next email comes straight in.
The same agency, every month
Some companies pitch on a schedule. Mark the same company's pitches as spam three times and SuppyHQ asks to make it a rule. From then on it runs without any AI.
In Gmail you'd write that filter yourself, one sender at a time. SuppyHQ offers it after the third pitch.
It never replies for you
SuppyHQ sorts. It never replies for you, to a pitch or to anyone. Suggested replies wait in the composer until you send them.
