SaaS on Stripe
A support inbox for SaaS on Stripe.
The subscriber with a billing problem goes first, with their plan beside the email.
A small SaaS inbox is half billing and half product. Someone was charged twice. Someone wants an invoice with their VAT number. Someone is cancelling because an export broke. Between them sit the agency pitches and the trial users asking if you integrate with the tool they use.
Read in the order it arrived, the cancellation waits behind a guest-post offer.

Someone leaving. Answer it today or lose them.

-
Do you have an API?
A trial user or visitor Stripe doesn't know yet. Often a sale on the line.
Everything else
-
How do I add a teammate?
A how-to. Waits its turn, and Suggested replies has your last answer ready.
-
Can I get an invoice with my VAT number?
Waits its turn, oldest first.

We'd love to feature you on our SaaS directory
A paid-listing pitch from a stranger.

Your onboarding could convert better
A consultant's cold email.
How SuppyHQ sorts it
Junk. Cold pitches, SEO offers and "partnership" emails from strangers go to Junk before you see them. Only a stranger's first email is held back, and only when SuppyHQ is sure. When in doubt, the email stays in your inbox.
On top. A refund, an upset customer, or someone leaving or locked out goes on top, under Can't wait, and emails you right away. A customer whose payment is failing goes on top too when they write. Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's plan sits next to the email.
Lead. A real question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know yet gets a Lead badge. Junk is never a lead.
Everything else waits its turn, oldest first. SuppyHQ never replies for you.
Who is writing, before you open it
Connect Stripe with a restricted key (rk_) that you give Read access. Every email then shows the customer's plan, lifetime value, subscription state and payment history. Mark your best customers VIP and they sort first.
SuppyHQ never charges or refunds. You still issue the refund in Stripe. You find out sooner that you need to.
The fortieth "how do I export?"
SaaS questions repeat. When a new email asks something you've answered before, the answer you wrote last time is already in the composer. Read it, change a word, send. If your old answer doesn't fit, the composer stays empty.
When three people write about the same thing in one week, the sidebar lists the others. That's often how you find the bug before the tenth email.
Questions
- Can SuppyHQ charge or refund my customers?
- No. SuppyHQ only reads from Stripe: plans, purchases and payments, shown next to each email. A secret key (sk_) is rejected. SuppyHQ never charges or refunds.
- Can customers write from inside my app?
- Yes. The widget is a script tag inside your app for logged-in customers. It knows who's signed in, and the message arrives as email.
