Desktop and Mac apps
A support inbox for desktop and Mac app makers.
The customer who lost their license key goes first.
A paid desktop app gets the same few emails on repeat. I lost my license key. I got a new laptop, how do I move it. Does it run on the new OS. Every one comes from someone who bought, and the answer depends on what they bought and when.
In between: review sites asking for a fee, and agencies offering to localize your app.

How SuppyHQ sorts it
Junk. Cold pitches, SEO offers and "partnership" emails from strangers go to Junk before you see them. Only a stranger's first email is held back, and only when SuppyHQ is sure. When in doubt, the email stays in your inbox.
On top. A refund, an upset customer, or someone leaving or locked out goes on top, under Can't wait, and emails you right away. A customer whose payment is failing goes on top too when they write. Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's plan sits next to the email.
Lead. A real question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know yet gets a Lead badge. Junk is never a lead.
Everything else waits its turn, oldest first. SuppyHQ never replies for you.
Find the purchase without opening another tab
Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's purchases sit next to the email: what they bought, when, and what they paid. "Lost my key" becomes a two-minute answer instead of a search.
SuppyHQ never charges or refunds. It reads.
When an update breaks something
After a bad release the same problem arrives in different words. "Crashes on launch" and "won't open since the update" are the same email. When three people write about the same thing in one week, the sidebar lists the others and your answer to the first is ready.
Questions
- Do I have to leave Gmail?
- No. Forward support@ to SuppyHQ. You can keep replying from Gmail and BCC your SuppyHQ address so the thread stays complete. Sending from [email protected] takes two DNS records.
- Can I connect my AI agent to it?
- Yes. The open-source suppyhq CLI connects Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, opencode and others. Reading and drafting come with the connection. Sending is a separate permission that starts unticked.
