Productized services

A support inbox for productized services.

The subscriber waiting on their request goes before the lead-gen pitch.

Sell a service as a subscription, like design on request, monthly maintenance or done-for-you setup, and your inbox mixes three things. Subscribers asking where their request is. People asking if you can take them on. And other agencies pitching you.

The subscriber pays every month. They shouldn't wait behind someone selling you leads.

What lands in your support@, sorted

Example emails. Where SuppyHQ puts each one, and why.

On top · Can't wait

  • Still waiting on last week's request

An upset subscriber. Answer before they cancel.

  • Please pause my subscription

    Someone leaving, or about to.

Lead

  • Can you take on a new client in November?

A new inquiry from someone who hasn't paid yet.

Everything else

  • How do I submit a new request?

A repeat question. Your last answer is ready.

Junk

  • We generate qualified leads for agencies

    A lead-gen pitch from a stranger.

  • White-label partnership

A cold pitch dressed as a collaboration.

How SuppyHQ sorts it

Junk. Cold pitches, SEO offers and "partnership" emails from strangers go to Junk before you see them. Only a stranger's first email is held back, and only when SuppyHQ is sure. When in doubt, the email stays in your inbox.

On top. A refund, an upset customer, or someone leaving or locked out goes on top, under Can't wait, and emails you right away. A customer whose payment is failing goes on top too when they write. Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's plan sits next to the email.

Lead. A real question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know yet gets a Lead badge. Junk is never a lead.

Everything else waits its turn, oldest first. SuppyHQ never replies for you.

Who's subscribed, at a glance

Connect Stripe or Polar and every email shows the subscription state, plan and payment history. When a subscriber whose payment is failing writes in, their email goes on top, with "Payment failing" beside it.

New inquiries get a Lead badge. In Open you can show only leads when you're ready to take on work.

One address for a small team

On Teams, everyone answers from the same support address. Your customer sees who wrote back. Click "I'm on it" to take a thread, and if a teammate replied after you opened it, Send waits so nobody answers twice. Notes stay inside the team.
