Course creators

A support inbox for course creators.

The student who can't get in goes first. The ad agency goes to Junk.

A course inbox has its own rhythm. Launch week brings pre-sale questions: is this for beginners, is there a payment plan, do I get updates. After the launch come the students who can't find the login link and the ones asking for a refund inside your guarantee.

Grow an audience and a third kind of email arrives: podcast booking agencies, ad managers and "partnership" offers. They look like real email because they are.

What lands in your support@, sorted

Example emails. Where SuppyHQ puts each one, and why.

On top · Can't wait

  • I paid but I can't access the course

Someone who can't use what they paid for.

  • Refund please, this isn't for me

A refund request from a buyer.

Lead

  • Is this course OK for complete beginners?

A question from someone who hasn't bought yet. Answer it well and it can become a sale.

  • Do you offer a payment plan?

A pre-sale question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know.

Everything else

  • Where do I download the workbook?

A repeat question. Your last answer is ready in the composer.

  • Loved module 3

Waits its turn. Read it when you have a minute.

Junk

  • Get booked on 20 podcasts

    A booking agency's cold pitch.

  • We scale course creators with paid ads

    An ad agency's first email.

How SuppyHQ sorts it

Junk. Cold pitches, SEO offers and "partnership" emails from strangers go to Junk before you see them. Only a stranger's first email is held back, and only when SuppyHQ is sure. When in doubt, the email stays in your inbox.

On top. A refund, an upset customer, or someone leaving or locked out goes on top, under Can't wait, and emails you right away. A customer whose payment is failing goes on top too when they write. Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's plan sits next to the email.

Lead. A real question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know yet gets a Lead badge. Junk is never a lead.

Everything else waits its turn, oldest first. SuppyHQ never replies for you.

Students and buyers, told apart

Connect Stripe or Polar and each email shows what that person bought and when. A student who paid and can't get in is not the same email as a stranger asking about the syllabus. SuppyHQ shows the difference before you open it.

Someone neither Stripe nor Polar knows gets a Lead badge. In Open you can show only customers or only leads, so launch week's pre-sale questions don't wait behind support.

The same five questions every cohort

Where is the login link. Where is the download. Can I get an invoice. Course questions repeat with every launch. Suggested replies puts the answer you wrote last time in the composer. Change a word and send, or write a new one.

Questions

Does SuppyHQ work if I sell on Polar?
Yes. Polar sync uses a token you give Read access. Each email then shows the buyer's purchases and past conversations. SuppyHQ never charges or refunds.
Does AI answer my students?
Not unless you allow it. Suggested replies never send on their own. A connected AI agent can only send if you tick that permission, every send waits 30 seconds so you can cancel, and the email says an AI wrote it.
