Open source, paid tier
A support inbox for open source projects with a paid tier.
The company paying for your pro tier goes on top. The sponsorship pitch goes to Junk.
Put an email address in an open source README and everyone writes. Users with a bug. Companies asking about a license. People who pay for your pro tier or support plan, and expect an answer. And a steady stream of "sponsorship" offers that want to sell you something.
When all of it looks the same, the paying user waits as long as everyone else.

A stranger's pitch, not a sponsor.

A paid-promotion cold email.
How SuppyHQ sorts it
Junk. Cold pitches, SEO offers and "partnership" emails from strangers go to Junk before you see them. Only a stranger's first email is held back, and only when SuppyHQ is sure. When in doubt, the email stays in your inbox.
On top. A refund, an upset customer, or someone leaving or locked out goes on top, under Can't wait, and emails you right away. A customer whose payment is failing goes on top too when they write. Connect Stripe or Polar and the customer's plan sits next to the email.
Lead. A real question from someone Stripe or Polar doesn't know yet gets a Lead badge. Junk is never a lead.
Everything else waits its turn, oldest first. SuppyHQ never replies for you.
Sponsors and customers, from Polar or Stripe
Connect Polar or Stripe and each email shows whether that person pays you, for what, and since when. Users who never paid get a Lead badge. In Open you can show only customers, so the support you sell gets answered first.
Mark your biggest customers VIP and they sort first.
Keep the issue tracker for issues
Support email isn't a bug report. When three people write about the same thing in one week, the sidebar lists the others, so you know when to open an issue. On Fridays, the week's list lands in your inbox.
Questions
- Is SuppyHQ open source?
- The suppyhq CLI and its MCP server are open source (MIT). The app itself is a hosted service on one server in Germany.
